The items almost always arrive in about a week and I never hear that dreaded word BACKORDER. I love the Plus Survival Kit I ordered for my backpacking and kayak fishing trips I make. I even ordered and extra Survival Kit to be part of EDC kit I have with me always.( I read John's book on his EDC kit )

Thank you for providing such a wonderful wealth of current survival information. I've recently started my interest in emergency preparedness and survival and discovered your web pages. I was amazed that some tried and true advice now needed to be changed because of your and others' research and practice in the field. I am now in a way trying to do the same.
I have created a Facebook page about survival notification for the people of San Diego County. It started up as a no-cost alternate communications tool to allow people who live in San Diego County to broadcast to the world that they are okay if a disaster of some sort hit the county again, much like the wildfires back in 2007. Since then, it is getting some nudging from members of the forum to also include other things, including advice on emergency prep and survival.
