Hudson Bay Tobacco Box with 6x Magnifier

Copied from the museum original, the Brass Hudson Bay Tobacco Box with a 6x magnifying lens which can be used for solar ignition fire starting. It was a very popular trade item stocked by Hudson Bay Company, Northwest Company and many others during the fur trade era. The Hudson Bay Tobacco Box has a friction fit lid and lens cover. Measures 4-5/16" x 3" x 1-3/16" and is made right here in America.
