Gerber Mark II - Vintage Fighting Knife

This brand-new Vintage Gerber Mark II fighting knife was manufactured by Gerber Legendary Blades in 1986 with the serial number D8350S, right here in the United States. It was designed by retired United States Army Captain, Clarence A. “Bud” Holzmann. It is constructed of 440 C Stainless Steel with a black fused Armorhide Handle. The knife measures 11.875" overall with a double edged, partially serrated spear point wasp-waisted 6.75" blade. The knife was never used and still has its original factory edge. Included is a black Cordura sheath with belt loop. The Mark II has a distinctive look and was commonly carried by troops for the United States in the Vietnam War.
