Rat Trap

A Rat Trap is a handy item to obtain small critters and birds in the field, and is more effective than some hand made traps. You can carry a couple in your food gathering kit. As a suggestion: Drill a hole in one of the back corners (opposite end from the bait pedal) and wire the trap to a stake or sapling, so it is not dragged away! Made by "Victor" in the USA. Measures 7" x 3-1/4" x 1" (board actually only 9/16") and weighs 4.9 oz.
